Western Journalism launches new program, “The Point”
ANTHEM, AZ – Western Journalism has added a new section to its website, “The Point.” “The Point” seeks to investigate and to help readers understand the importance of the information that they are consuming. “The Point” is designed to answer the question that readers often seem to ask, “Why am I reading this? What is the point?”
This new section is dedicated to, “providing you with a clear and compelling point to each and every post – the “why” of the story…” The intent is to share beyond the facts of each story allowing readers to quickly see why they should care.
The saturation of digital media has made room for many voices and WesternJournalism.com wants their voice to be clear, to be piercing, and to remain true to the conservative view-point. Under the leadership of Norvell Rose, this site is going to focus on opinion and analysis of what is going on and why the reader should care. Norvell Rose will be bring his entire staff at TPNN.com over to “The Point,” and TPNN.com will cease to exist. It is with a twing of sadness that TPNN.com is closing up, but moving to “The Point” will allow Norvell and his staff to really focus on the critical matters and what really the point of journalism.
In his explanation of the new site Rose states, “Here, we want to make a difference as we make a point. We want to move the needle and add what we can – what, together, you and we can – to civil discourse, earnest argument, political debate and cultural uplift.”
Western Journalism is ready to make a new statement in the digital conversation.
