ANTHEM, AZ – WesternJournalism.com was recently cited by AdWeek as a top site in the political category in month-over-month social engagement.
The article stated that U.S. media publishers accounted for more than 1.4 billion social interactions in the month of May. These interactions include shares, likes, comments, dislikes and retweets. This is up two percent over April’s numbers.
Family, politics and fashion were the fastest growing categories for social interaction. The political category was the second highest category for month-over-month change. Western Journalism, in addition to Breitbart, were cited as the sites driving this growth.
“This is proof that Americans are hungry for truthful news that doesn’t always line up with mainstream media’s narratives,” said Jake Harp, site director at Western Journalism. “Our team works hard every day to bring readers the most up-to-date and relevant content that resonates on social media.”
